RETURN POLICY


RETURN POLICY:
·Taiwan: According to Consumer Protection Act, the customer can have a 7-day trial period.
·Outside Taiwan: We do not accept any returns unless the product has a defect or damaged. Please contact us through “order message”, we will get back to you as soon as possible.


REFUND:
·Payment by credit card: The refund will occur after 5 working days when the return process is completed. (Posting date may vary according to the issuing bank)
·Payment by ATM: The refund will occur after 7 working days by bank wire when the return process is completed. 


EXCHANGE:
·We don’t accept change of mind returns/ refunds, include but not limited to size and color.
·If the product receiving has a defect, please contact us for processing the defect appraisal for exchange. We can offer an exchange without transport fee once in order to maintain our service quality.

退換貨政策


退貨適用範圍:
·台灣地區:依消費者保護法規定,消費者享有商品到貨七日鑑賞期(包含例假日)之權益,鑑賞期屬「考慮期」非「試用期」。
·商品出貨前,都會確認商品的完整性方可出貨。若商品發生以下任一情形:有使用痕跡、鞋底磨損、鞋墊試穿造成的髒污、鞋後跟嚴重摺痕,恕無法退貨。
·台灣以外地區:不適用鑑賞期退貨政策,如有商品問題請透過「訂單訊息」聯繫,將會儘速為您處理相關問題。


退貨規定:
· 如需辦理退貨,請於七日鑑賞期內,由〔會員登入〕>〔訂單〕>〔訂單通訊〕告知客服退貨事由,由專人回覆,並於三日內由黑貓宅急便取件完成退貨。
· 退貨商品必須保持商品本體、原廠內外包裝、贈品及所有隨附文件資料的完整性,切勿缺漏任何配件或損毀原廠外盒。 
· 如退貨商品因配件不全,而產生之往返運費,將由消費端支付。如配件遺失也將依價扣款或拒絕退貨。
· 若您無聯繫客服而自行寄回商品,我司將無法辨別您的目的性,如產生遺失等情形概不負責。


退款時程:
·信用卡付款:退貨手續完畢,五個工作天完成退款。(詳細入賬時間請洽個發卡行)
·ATM付款:退貨手續完畢,七個工作天完成退款。以轉賬方式退款,如產生跨行手續費,將內扣退款金額。


換貨規定:
·主觀認定情況,包含:尺寸不如預期(購買前請詳閱頁面尺寸)、螢幕之色差色偏等,以上商品主觀認定之差異,我方將「無法」提供「換貨服務」請改以鑑賞期以退貨方式辦理。
·對於商品瑕疵情況,請通知客服以利「辦理瑕疵認定」並換貨。
·為維護網站服務品質,只提供乙次免運換貨(限台灣地區)。
