Shopping Guide

Order is processed as below:
Step 1: Search for products.
Step 2: Select the size
Step 3: Add products to your shopping cart.
Step 4: Log in with a member ID or non-member order.
Step 5: Fill in the order form.
Step 6: Proceed with payment.
Step 7: Complete the order and you will see the order number.

Most of the products of NOUR are made of natural leather.

Due to the characteristic of material, the tendon can be shown and the texture of leather can be different. Also, there can be minor scratch.

The color of products can be seen various depending the status of the monitor such as brightness and resolution.

Please check the size guide surely since the exchange and refund is not available for the orders shipped internationally.

Please note that when the packages are shipped back to NOUR due to the wrong address information, the packages will be shipped again after the re-payment of shipping charge.

Please make sure that you check above guide when you proceed the order.

We offer FREE SHIPPING on all orders worldwide.

All orders ship out within 5-7 business days from the day the order is placed.

Please check that shipping information is correct BEFORE clicking “Confirm Payment”. NOUR is not responsible for packages lost due to incorrect shipping information.

Taxes

The tax might be charged depends on the country shipped.

Return & Exchange

We hope you are happy with it. please do not hesitate to contact us if any question should arise.
– For Taiwan customers:
  • According to consumer protection act, since you receive the order, you have free return or exchange within 7 days (included weekend), please contact with us.
  • Please contact customer service with form down below. Confirmation will be sent afterwards. Any return or  exchange without an email request WILL NOT be accepted. Takkyu bin will get the package right back.

  • Any products with damages or missing parts(box, dust bag, tags, etc.) WILL NOT be eligible for return or exchange. Defective products must also include all of the above.Any products damaged during the process of exchange will not be accepted. Please repackage the product exactly the way it came, in order to avoid any damage during delivery.
  • Shoes must be tried over a carpeted surface to prevent any scratches to the soles.  Please not shoes should keep available for selling, otherwise the item will not be accepted. A refund will not be issued or the exchange will not be sent.
  • Upon arrival, the product will be inspected for replacement with a new product.
  • Once the goods are returned to us in the original and unused condition we will quality check them and process a refund for the goods. Depending on the original payment it may take a few days to see the refund on your account.
  • In order to maintain the service quality of the website, if you ordered and returned more than two times (including two times). The online order cannot be established. Please purchase through the retail store.
For customers outside Taiwan:
  • ONLY damaged or defective items are eligible for exchange within 7 days of receipt. Damaged or defective items MUST be in their unused original condition. Shipping fee is covered ONLY on damaged or defective items. Please contact customer service with form down below. Confirmation will be sent afterwards. Any exchanges without an email request WILL NOT be accepted.

  • Once the product has been dispatched, please send us the tracking number via email. Upon arrival, the product will be inspected for replacement with a new product.
  • Exchanges for any reason other than damages or defects are NOT accepted. If you require for exchange, you must return the item within 7 days of receipt and contact with customer service. Shipping fee is NOT covered. Upon the return package arrival, you have to pay the shipping fee and the product will be inspected for replacement with a new product.
  • If the item you require to exchange is out of stock, we do not accept return.

Size Guide

To make sure you find the perfect fit, please consult the chart below. You can convert a shoe size across standard sizing, or take measurements while standing up (we suggest wearing the socks you will pair with your new shoes for accuracy).
